Rheumatology Physician (Sherman, TX) POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a Rheumatology Physician to join their growing healthcare team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for rheumatologic conditions. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and provide specialized care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 per year

JOB SCOPE
The Rheumatology Physician Is Responsible For
Conducting thorough patient evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans.
Diagnosing and managing rheumatologic conditions such as arthritis, lupus, and autoimmune diseases.
Prescribing and administering treatment, including medication, therapy, and preventive care.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary patient care.
Supervising clinical staff and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and advanced therapies for rheumatologic disease management.
Maintaining accurate, timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Staying current on medical advancements and best practices through continuing education.
Required Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
Valid Texas medical license (must be credentialed with major insurers).
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a patient-first approach.
