  • MD/DO degree required and board-eligible or board-certified in Rheumatology.
  • New Mexico medical license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Makes all professional medical judgments in the care of patients.
  • Manages the physician/patient relationship.
  • Participates in systemwide health management initiatives.
  • Contributes to budget, clinical standards and service quality performance; participates in recruitment and replacement of providers.
  • Collaborates with other providers to optimize cost-effective rheumatology care.
