Job Description:

Join our growing multi-specialty group practice, which includes over 60 employed providers, with 21 in primary care. Our affiliate, ACMC, is a 186-bed acute care community hospital fully accredited by the Joint Commission, recognized nationally by groups such as Leap Frog and Health Grades for quality and patient safety.

1. High volume office practice
2. Patient age demographic: adolescent, adult, geriatric
3. Focus on conditions such as arthritis, autoimmune diseases, chronic fatigue, and internal medicine (percentage of practice TBD)
4. Collaborate with an experienced urologist
5. Work with fully trained staff and an advanced practice provider
6. Blocked time in OR
7. Fully integrated EMR with the Cleveland Clinic Health System (EPIC)
8. Well-defined referral sources from employed and affiliated primary care physicians
9. Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
10. Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
11. Not accepting locum candidates
