Flexible Rheumatology Opportunity in Montana

Montana Health System, a large multi-specialty group, is seeking to add a Rheumatologist to their hospital-employed practice. They focus on patient-centered care, a collaborative physician environment, and maintaining work-life balance to foster joy in practicing medicine.

Details

• The current practice includes 1 Rheumatologist (locum), 5 Internal Medicine physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), 2 Infectious Disease physicians, and an Endocrinologist.

1. They are open to hiring rheumatology APP support once a full-time physician is in place, if desired.

• Long-term, they have an experienced rheumatology nursing team and a robust support staff, including 11 office staff, 22 clinical staff, and a prescription nurse.

• An established patient panel is maintained by a long-term locum physician who will remain until a permanent physician is hired.

• The physician schedule is flexible: options include 4 days, 5 days, or a block schedule; part-time arrangements will also be considered.

• The outpatient clinic features a beautiful infusion suite (non-chemo).

• Certification in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound is preferred but not required.

• Opportunity exists for J1 visa waiver or H1B transfer, supported by an experienced immigration team.
