We are seeking a Rheumatologist to join our multispecialty medical practice in the Buffalo area, either full-time or part-time. The incoming physician will take over the patient base of a retiring rheumatologist, offering a thriving practice. We provide flexible hours from Monday to Friday. About us:

We are a well-established, large, multi-specialty private practice located in Williamsville near Buffalo, with satellite offices across West NY. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures comprehensive care, with services like dietetics, surgery, infusion, weight loss, nutrition, and diagnostic imaging, all at one location. We have dedicated clinical and administrative support to facilitate patient care and care management without additional burden to providers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Provide outpatient care to new and established patients
2. Develop and implement treatment plans
3. Document encounters and progress notes in the EMR system
4. Ensure continuity of care and coordinate referrals to specialists
5. Communicate test results and follow-up care to patients
6. Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and clinical staff
7. Participate in after-hours call rotation

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist
• MD/DO license to practice in NY

Compensation:

$350,000 per year plus productivity bonuses
