Job description

St. Luke's Health System is growing and seeks a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join our team of dedicated and compassionate, patient-centered providers in Boise and Meridian, ID (Treasure Valley).

Position Details

The ideal candidate will join a mature, busy practice comprised of five physicians and seven APPs, working in both our Boise and Meridian clinics. The typical patient population will predominantly be adults, with occasional pediatric cases.

Responsibilities

1. Managing new patient consultations and follow-ups.
2. Performing joint injections and interpreting labs and imaging.
3. Collaborating with multiple providers and specialties for comprehensive patient care.

Work Schedule

Full-time involves 32 direct patient care hours per week, 46 weeks per year. Call frequency is 1 in 8 for one week, covering Rheumatology practice in Boise and Meridian.

Clinic Features

• Boise clinic has an embedded lab, attached to the rehab hospital with Dexa, imaging, and access to a virtual PharmD.
• Meridian clinic has an embedded lab, in-person PharmD, and is attached to the hospital with Dexa and imaging access.
• Ultrasound capabilities are available at both locations.
