Valley Arthritis Care in the West Valley Area, AZ, seeks a Physician Assistant to join our established rheumatology team. The role supports physicians in diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad range of rheumatologic conditions, with emphasis on patient care and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in Arizona.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating new and established rheumatology patients.
• Developing and managing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Managing chronic rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions.
• Reviewing laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Medication management and patient education.
• Performing appropriate follow-up care.
• Coordinating with infusion and clinical teams.
• Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with patients.
