Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting seeks a compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with an additional focus on Rheumatology in Edmond, Oklahoma. This on-site, full-time role blends primary care with specialized rheumatology care in an outpatient setting focused on evidence-based medicine.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, manage rheumatic diseases with a collaborative care team, and coordinate referrals.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license and national certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
• Eligibility for licensure and practice in the state of Oklahoma.
• Clinical experience in rheumatology, internal medicine, family medicine, or primary care.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic reasoning, medication management, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage rheumatologic and autoimmune diseases with care team.
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory test results.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring efficacy and side effects.
• Conduct follow-up visits and assess disease activity and treatment response.
• Document encounters accurately in the EHR.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
