Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison – Rheumatology to cover a multi‑state territory (NJ/DE/MD/WV/VA/DC). This field role requires up to 70% travel, deep scientific expertise, and collaboration with internal teams to advance medical objectives.

The Senior MSL will provide non‑promotional, evidence‑based information, support investigator‑initiated studies, and stay current on rheumatology data while engaging healthcare professionals with high‑quality

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree (PharmD/PhD/MD) or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant MSL experience.
• Residency/fellowship preferred for some candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scientific engagement plans for the territory.
• Engage in two-way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs.
• Cultivate professional relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs.
• Leverage insights and MSL tools for strategic customer engagements.
• Deliver scientific data tailored to HCP needs with balanced, evidence-based dialogue.
