Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Rheumatology to be a trusted scientific partner with Thought Leaders and Healthcare Providers. You will drive exchanges that educate, generate data, and support patient access to medicine across your geography.

The role is field-based, requires 2+ years in clinical or pharmaceutical settings, strong English communication, and the ability to travel to engage stakeholders and support research and HEOR activities.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD with pharma or clinical experience in oncology or related fields.
• Excellent English language skills, spoken and written.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical and/or pharmaceutical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with TLs and HCPs within the defined geography.
• Engage in scientific exchange to support education and data generation.
• Support clinical trials and ISR discussions with investigators and sites.
• Present scientific data at congresses and promotional meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Regulatory, HEOR.
• Provide medical input to inform strategy and patient access.
• Ensure compliance with local procedures, ethics and regulatory guidelines.
• Travel as required to meet stakeholders in field.
