Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is recruiting a Medical Science Liaison for Rheumatology to be based in the North Texas/Oklahoma territory. Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree or equivalent experience required.
• Post graduate experience preferred for doctoral level candidates.
• Scientific acumen with in-depth knowledge in therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals to advance scientific credibility.
• Engage in high quality two-way scientific exchange and collect actionable insights.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision making and efficiency in core responsibilities.
• Deliver data tailored to HCP needs through effective dialogue and presentations.
• Identify challenges and unmet needs and propose evidence-based solutions or educational initiatives.
• Respond to unsolicited inquiries and support investigators for studies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support Medical Affairs objectives.
• Maintain scientific integrity and stay updated on treatment landscape trends.
• Support performance and development plans with Field Director.
