Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to drive scientific exchange and support access to medicines across a defined U.S. geography. You will engage Thought Leaders and Healthcare Providers, share data, and support research and medical programs with compliance and integrity.

The role requires medical credentials and experience in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting, with strong communication skills and a field-based work model that travels to external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA or NP with disease-area expertise or broad medical background.
• Strong ability to translate scientific data for diverse audiences.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or clinical environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain TL/HCP relationships within a defined geography.
• Present scientific information and respond to questions with medical accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for disease-state initiatives and investigator-initiated research.
• Attend medical congresses and regional meetings to share insights.
• Support clinical trial activities and ISR submissions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support medical plans.
