Voyage Healthcare MN in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Medical Assistant to support Rheumatology clinicians and patient flow in a fast-paced clinic.

You will room patients, take vitals, document in EHR (eClinicalWorks), and assist with procedures and insurance tasks while traveling to Crystal and Maple Grove locations. The role requires a completed Medical Assisting program and CPR certification, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assisting program is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during exams and support efficient patient flow.
• Prepare patients for visits: rooming, vitals, and EHR documentation (eClinicalWorks).
• Perform clinical procedures including injections, address patient messages, and assist with insurance appeals.
• Educate patients and ensure completion of forms and care instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and equipment.
• Follow OSHA and clinic protocols.
• Travel to other clinic locations as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused team environment.
