• New graduates will require one year of experience to become competent, with a completed orientation to assess progress.

Responsibilities

• Provides holistic, quality and cost‑effective nursing care for patients/families within a unit or service.
• Applies the nursing process within the organization’s Framework for Professional Practice.
• Functions as clinically competent and delegates/supervises work appropriately.
• Reports to Unit Manager.
