Harbin Clinic Rheumatology in Rome, GA, part of Advocate Health, invites a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its integrated rheumatology team. You will diagnose and manage arthritis, lupus and autoimmune diseases, collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

The position offers a 4.5-day workweek, with 36 patient contact hours and dedicated Medical Assistant support, and no ER on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current state licensure and national certification as NP or PA.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based care model.
• Preferred: Rheumatology or Orthopedics experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat rheumatic conditions, including arthritis and autoimmune diseases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Manage patient plans and follow-up within a busy rheumatology clinic.
• Assist with on-site lab and imaging services as needed.

Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will diagnose and treat a wide range of rheumatic conditions, including arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune disorders. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent patient management skills, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Schedule & Practice Details

• Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• 4.5-day workweek
• 36 patient contact hours + 4 administrative hours
• 18 20 patients per day
• Dedicated Medical Assistant support
