A private practice affiliated with Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a BE/BC rheumatologist to join its team inclusive of two rheumatologists and a physician assistant. The ideal candidate will examine, diagnose, and consult with patients throughout the treatment of conditions that affect the muscles, bones, and joints. The physician will perform indicated joint aspiration and/or injections in addition to ordering appropriate diagnostic tests including laboratory tests, x-rays, and chemical pathology as needed.
This is a 100% rheumatology practice and includes cases of vasculitis, myositis, inflammatory arthritis, and CTD. There is an infusion suite for infusion of biologic medications which the team is looking forward to expanding and developing. This is a full-time employed position offering competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience.
