Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; PGY‑1 residency or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
• Virginia State Board of Pharmacy License or within 60 days of hire required.
• AHA Health Care Provider BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal ambulatory pharmaceutical care for patients.
• Design, implement, and monitor therapeutic plans for complex conditions.
• Participate in collaborative practice agreements for lab and medication ordering.

Education

Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy
