Urban Health Plan in the Bronx, NY is seeking a Rheumatologist for part-time and weekend outpatient positions. The Rheumatologist will provide outpatient consultation, diagnose and treat patients, order tests as needed, and collaborate with primary care providers in a team-based model.
Minimum qualifications include MD from an accredited medical school, rheumatology fellowship, BE/BC, NYS and DEA licenses, at least 1 year experience, and bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Our Specialty Department employs community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of Rheumatologist. The Rheumatologist will provide outpatient consultation. The Rheumatologist will consult with patients, conduct tests and procedures, make diagnoses, prescribe medication and provide treatment. The Rheumatologist will collaborate with primary care providers and other professionals to discuss care plans and progress in a collaborative team approach model.
