The compensation path starts at $272,000 in Year 1 with yearly increases; Year 2 typically $310,000–$350,000 and Year 3 $350,000–$400,000, with a partnership track reaching $500,000+ for qualified physicians.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology.
• Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure in Florida.
