Sunshine Rheumatology and Arthritis Center in Venice/North Port, FL, is seeking a rheumatologist to join our growing outpatient team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The compensation path starts at $272,000 in Year 1 with yearly increases; Year 2 typically $310,000–$350,000 and Year 3 $350,000–$400,000, with a partnership track reaching $500,000+ for qualified physicians.

We are the largest rheumatology outpatient practice (10 doctors & 2 nurse practitioners) in Florida with five locations across the Tampa Bay area, including our Venice/North Port office. Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rheumatologist to join our growing team at our Venice/North Port location. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care for patients with a wide range of rheumatologic conditions


• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage ongoing care


• Maintain an excellent patient experience through effective communication and follow-up

Work-Life Balance

4 1/2 day workweek with no inpatient call, dedicated MA & Virtual live scribe.

Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1 Salary: $272,000, plus productivity and infusion bonus


• Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $15,000


• Year 2: Usually $310,000 to $350,000


• Year 3: Usually $350,000–$400,000


• Partnership Opportunity: Partner-track physicians earn $500,000+
