UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX, seeks a rheumatologist to join our Division of Rheumatic Diseases. The role combines outpatient care, teaching medical students, residents and fellows, and participation in clinical or scholarly activities that advance the field of rheumatology.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of rheumatic diseases, contributing to residency education, and engaging in research and quality improvement initiatives within a nationally

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of ACGME Internal Medicine residency
• Board Certified by ABIM
• Completion of Rheumatology Fellowship
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and education
• Outpatient rheumatology care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Primarily outpatient clinical practice focused on the diagnosis and long-term management of rheumatic diseases.
• Engage in resident and medical student education through clinical teaching and mentorship.
• Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and scholarly activities in rheumatology.
• Collaborate with multiple medical and surgical specialties within a nationally recognized academic health system.
