Meliora Healthcare in Naples, FL is seeking a rheumatologist with a passion for academic leadership to join a private-practice–academic model. The position offers 100% outpatient care, light call, flexible scheduling, and a clear pathway to partnership.

You will serve as Core Faculty for the new Physicians Regional Internal Medicine Residency Program, lead service-line development, and build in-house infusion, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and joint-injection services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Rheumatology Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.

Responsabilités

• Lead GME teaching and administrative responsibilities for the residency program.
• Mentor and develop rheumatology practice within an academic-private model.
• Drive service-line development including outpatient infusion and musculoskeletal imaging.
