An established outpatient rheumatology practice in Central Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join a team of physicians dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care. This position offers a 100% outpatient model with access to an infusion center and diagnostic resources.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Rheumatology fellowship training.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Active Florida medical license.
• Current DEA license.
• Strong clinical knowledge of rheumatologic conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of rheumatologic conditions.
• Provide comprehensive management of chronic rheumatologic diseases.
• Conduct detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on current clinical standards.
• Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and disease management strategies.
• Coordinate care with referring physicians and healthcare providers.
