Job description

We are seeking a Rheumatology Physician for a full‑time position in Findlay, Ohio (40 minutes from Toledo).

Location

Findlay, Ohio – a 40‑minute commute from Toledo. The community averages 6–13% lower cost of living than the national average.

Schedule and Practice

• Full‑time or part‑time (2–5 days/week). Options: 4‑hour, 8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour days.
• Week‑on/Week‑off schedule: 7 am‑7 pm Mon‑Thurs, 7 am‑5 pm Fri, 4 hr Saturday.
• Flexible schedule with optional extended morning or evening hours.
• 2 patients per hour (≈18 per day); new patient mix in the first month, balanced mix by month three.
• Daily schedule builds within 90 days; most physicians are booked within a month.
• 24‑hour in‑house hospitalist services and full complement of medical and surgical specialties for support.
• Opportunity to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
• Weekly on‑site CME and additional CME/Grand Rounds through Mayo Clinic Care Network.
• New visits average 40 minutes; follow‑ups average 20 minutes.
