Job summary

SaintFrancisHealthSystem in Tulsa, OK seeks a compassionate Rheumatologist to join a growing Rheumatology team at the Springer Building. The role focuses on outpatient care for adults with diverse rheumatologic conditions and collaboration with specialists across departments.

The department currently includes five physicians and three APPs, with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology.
• Open to new graduates.
• Experience with adult rheumatology and musculoskeletal conditions preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care for adult patients with rheumatologic conditions.
• Manage a mix of autoimmune diseases, musculoskeletal and inflammatory disorders.
• Participate in hospital call rotation (1 in every 6 weekends) with coverage during the week if weekends are covered.
• Utilize Dragon voice recognition with Epic documentation.
• Conduct joint injections and biopsies (muscle biopsies handled by another surgeon).
• Collaborate with specialists in the Springer Building (Endocrinology, ENT, Podiatry, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Urgent Care).

KeyResponsibilities:

• Provideoutpatientcareforadultpatientswithavarietyofrheumatologicconditions
• Manageamixofconditions,includingautoimmunediseases,musculoskeletaldisorders,and inflammatorydiseases

ExpectationsforWorkSchedule:

• MondaytoFriday,8:00AM–5:00PM
• 4.5daysperweekdedicatedtoseeingpatients
• Callschedule:1inevery6weekends
