Job summary

The VIOS Clinic seeks a Rheumatologist (Outpatient) to provide patient-centered outpatient rheumatology care in a team-based practice supported by strong clinical and administrative staff.

Diagnose, evaluate, and manage a wide range of rheumatologic conditions while coordinating with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Board-certified or board-eligible with fellowship training preferred; strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology.
• Fellowship-trained in Rheumatology.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with suspected and established rheumatologic diseases.
• Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage ongoing care, monitor disease activity, and adjust therapies as needed.
• Deliver care collaboratively within a clinical team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support practice operations.
