Job summary

Howden Re in New York seeks a RFP Graphic Designer to join its Global RFP Function, delivering client-facing proposals and presentations. You will work with North American account teams, Senior Brokers and the RFP Manager to elevate client stories through design and brand-consistent materials.

As a key design presence, you will shape regional RFP design, mentor peers, and contribute to global templates while upholding quality and efficiency across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic, presentation or proposal design.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for sophisticated client presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing client proposals, pitches and presentations.
• Strong visual communication and typography skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation structure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.
• Experience with brand guidelines and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design delivery for North American RFPs, proposals and client presentations.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, RFP Managers and Content Manager from start to finish.
• Ensure outputs meet brand, design and RFP standards.
• Provide quality control and maintain accuracy across outputs.
• Mentor other designers and share best practices.
• Contribute to global templates and design standards.
• Support regional and cross-regional RFPs during peak seasons.
• Promote use of templates and design processes.
• Identify risks and raise issues early with the RFP team.
