AQR Capital Management is seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join the RFP Function within our Reporting team in the United States. The role focuses on coordinating responses to RFP and DDQ requests for prospective and existing clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work with Business Development and Product teams, leverage AI to improve processes, and maintain high-quality content across the firm. A proactive, collaborative problem-solver mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, English or Communications.
• 1-5 years of relevant post-undergraduate experience in professional services; asset management and operations backgrounds are a plus.
• Experience managing an offshore operating team and coordinating onshore/offshore communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong written/verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Proactively address all RFP and DDQ requests and complete all documentation.
• Interact with stakeholder teams to ensure accuracy of RFP/DDQ content and responses.
• Coordinate with all areas of the firm to maintain high-quality content for RFPs, DDQs, and other use cases.
• Track and manage all outstanding RFPs and DDQs with ability to elevate to senior management if deadlines are jeopardized.
• Maintain commitment to quality and attention to detail in a timely manner.
• Utilize AI tools to drive strategic changes to existing processes.
