RFOX is looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to join our expanding team. This is a virtual work from home position with preference given to Southeast Asian based candidates due to working hours but is open to all great candidates.

WHO YOU ARE:
You are an experienced IT Operations Manager able to come into an exciting fast growing startup company to work hard with us and make something truly special.

You are responsible to provide a reliable computing platform to support RFOX operations, with focus on Enterprise Information Technology.

The IT Operations Manager will implement processes and perform tasks that are essential for maintaining and monitoring IT systems, providing high availability, integrity, and confidentiality.

Provide advice to the CIO and leadership, providing recommendations and implementation plans for products and services that increase system performance, capacity, and efficiency in support of continuous improvement, innovation, and future growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Install, configure, and support enterprise applications and platforms, running on Public Cloud providers, such as: AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
2. Setup and perform routine system maintenance including backups, disaster recovery, system upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring.
3. Work with the Cybersecurity team to perform system updates, apply patches, and perform security monitoring.
4. Azure Active Directory (AAD) administration including user administration, group policy, and AAD integration with enterprise applications and platforms.
5. Work with the Cybersecurity team to implement security related policies.
6. Setup and be responsible for the following ITSM processes:
1. Access Management
2. Incident Management
3. Problem Management
4. Request Fulfillment
7. Setup and be responsible for the following ITSM functions:
1. Monitoring
2. Application Management
3. Infrastructure Management
4. Capacity Planning & Budgeting
8. Work with the project management team for Enterprise IT related projects. Participate in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budget.
9. Support development of RFOX products, by participating in agile development teams and providing the tools and infrastructure needed.
10. Research, design, and implement new technologies, systems, and best practices.
11. Document procedures and configurations.
12. Provide on-call / after-hours support.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 5+ years of IT Operations, ITIL / ITSM is mandatory.
2. AWS, Azure certification is mandatory.
3. MCSE certification is a big plus.
4. Software development, especially DevOps experience is a big plus.
5. IT consulting experience is a big plus.
6. Blockchain experience a big plus.
7. Advanced research, writing, and analysis skills.
8. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate to all levels of the organization.
