The role requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment on-site 4–5 days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must reside in or be able to reliably commute to Jacksonville, Florida.
• Ability to work on-site at a U.S. Navy installation 4–5 days per week.
• Ability to obtain and maintain credentials to access a military installation.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn inventory, barcode-scanning, and RFID software.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Scan barcodes on packages using handheld or fixed scanners.
• Enter, review, and validate package information in designated software systems.
• Use RFID software and printing equipment to encode and print RFID tags.
• Verify RFID tags contain the correct information before application.
• Affix RFID tags and labels to designated packages accurately.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of completed work.
• Identify and report damaged packages, unreadable barcodes, tagging errors, or data discrepancies.
• Organize and move packages within warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production requirements.
• Perform related warehouse and facilities-support duties as assigned.
