A leading company in the mortgage industry is seeking an RFI Analyst based in Tennessee. In this role, you will manage responses to information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various internal teams. Ideal candidates will have mortgage industry experience along with strong project management and communication skills.
What You'll Do
* Plan, manage, coordinate, prepare and submit response to customer or requestor for compliance questionnaire and documentation requests, according to established deadlines, guidelines, standards, and internal policies.
* Analyze requests and develop internal response for meeting customer requirements as well as ensure consistency of responses.
* Manage all proposal activities during planning, preparation, and post-submittal phases.
* Coordinate the activities of internal and team member personnel, as needed.
* Schedule reviews and coordinate feedback from reviewers to authors.
* Interface with and brief management on proposal status.
What You'll Bring
* Mortgage industry and/ or related RFI experience
* Working knowledge of mortgage and title insurance industries is preferred
* Experience working with sales professionals and clients is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize inconsistencies to ensure accuracy of RFI responses
* Ability to negotiate, persuade and gain consensus from cross functional teams
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and work productively with strong personalities
* Outstanding project management skills combined with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to meet multiple/aggressive deadlines
* Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Salary Range: $72,125.00 - $96,125.00 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
