Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is hiring a Production Accountability Coordinator for the Rockford, IL site. You will coordinate returns, oversee online accountability, and push production jackets toward closure within the Operations department.

You will investigate variances, correct RTS/JDE paperwork, train others on accountability processes, and maintain inventory accuracy while supporting overtime needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and investigate return to stock and online accountability processes.
• Investigate and correct JDE and RTS paperwork where applicable.
• Address dislocated components and re-introduce them into the JDE system if possible.
• Investigate root causes of variances and train others in online accountability.
• Train and support HPWTs on the online accountability process.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and fix errors on past returns and issuances.
• Perform RTS process when needed.
• Overtime/weekend work may be required.

Position Title: Production Accountability Coordinator

Location: Assembly Drive, Rockford, IL 61109

Department:Operations

Shift: 2nd Shift

Coordinate and investigate return to stock and online accountability processes. Appropriately address and correct issues to move production jackets towards closure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

• Provide and fill out the yield calculation - variance explanation when needed. Investigate and correct JDE and RTS paperwork when applicable.
• Address dislocated components and re-introduce them back into the JDE system when possible.
• Investigate root cause and solutions of unacceptable accountability variances. Be the subject matter expert and trainer for the online accountability and return to stock process.
• Train and support HPWT's on the online accountability process.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify and fix errors made on past returns and issuances.
• Perform the RTS process when needed.
• This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
• Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
• Attendance to work is an essential function of this position.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Required:

• Skills testing requirements met at approved grade level for position.
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs.
• Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in various conversations. Ability to read various types of standard items addressed to general readers.
• High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.
• Learn JDE

Preferred:

• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Ability to display a willingness to make decisions.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively present information to various people as the job requires.
• Experience with Microsoft Applications; Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with Pilgrim.

The hiring rate for this position is $18.15 -$20.42 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
