PCI Pharma Services is seeking a dedicated Facility Reliability Technician to maintain Pharmaceutical facilities to a world-class standard in Rockford, IL. The role requires diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems and supporting event preparation across PCI facilities.
The position emphasizes adherence to cGMP policies, ability to perform multiple maintenance tasks, and occasional overtime or weekend work. A High School Diploma and 3–5 years related experience are preferred.

Perform advanced facility related preventative maintenance and repairs as a Facility Reliability Technician (FRT), maintain the Pharmaceutical facilities at a \"World Class\" level. Apply deductive reasoning and interpret a variety of technical instructions. There are no direct supervisory responsibilities associated with this role.

The hiring rate for this position is $22.15 - $24.92 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
