The Coalition of Accountable Communities of Health (CACH) is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as its contract Executive Director. This new position will champion the mission of the association, provide strategic and operational leadership, and manage the administrative functions of the organization.

About CACH:

CACH is a 501(c)(6) association representing Washington’s nine Accountable Communities of Health (ACHs). The Coalition provides a collaborative space for ACHs to align efforts, share learning, and collectively promote health equity and improve community well-being across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and implementation in partnership with the Board of Directors
  • Oversee daily operations, including budgeting, contract management, and vendor partnerships
  • Support advocacy and policy efforts at the state and national levels
  • Serve as spokesperson, fostering relationships with stakeholders, government agencies, and allied organizations
  • Manage logistics, communications, and administrative needs of the Coalition

Position Details:

  • Contract: 14-month term starting November 1, 2025, with potential for annual renewal
  • Compensation: Up to $233,000 for 14 months
  • Location: Remote, with preference for Washington State residency
  • Travel: Monthly in-person meetings in SeaTac, plus some statewide and national travel
