Job summary

KBR is seeking an RF Welding Technician to support manufacturing of the AxEMU space suit. You will work with a collaborative team to produce pressure bladder components with tight tolerances and ensure efficient equipment operation.

The role requires RF welding expertise, ability to operate related equipment, and a commitment to safety and quality. US citizenship is required; high school diploma and 2 years’ experience are needed, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF Welding, Thermoforming, and universal test equipment.
• Produce highly accurate pressure bladder components on schedule and error free.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the RF welding lab and track 5S activities.
• Support overtime hours as required to maintain schedule.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with lab equipment and elevate unresolved issues.
