Parker Hannifin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform RF and bar code-based picking and put-away duties at the distribution center. The role requires handling pallets and cartons, cycle counting, and ensuring accurate labeling and counts with basic data entry and barcode printers.

The position emphasizes safety, 5S practices, and the ability to flex to different tasks. Prior manufacturing experience and forklift capability are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to multitask on multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Lean Principles.
• Self-motivated; excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking loose pick, full case, and full pallet picks using RF and bar code labels.
• Put away all "Rush" receipts of material.
• Picking and put away of all replenishment labels.
• Must be able to work with forklift equipment including the passing of standard written and driving tests.
• Perform cycle counting requirements with RF during picking.
• Visual inspection of incoming finished goods from various suppliers at the DC including count verification.
• Inventory troubleshooting including location inventory correction.
• License plate error correction from all suppliers.
• Must have knowledge of computer equipment including basic data entry and bar code printers.
• Creation and application of customer compliant labeling.
• Must be able to lift cartons in excess of 40 pounds.
• Pallet verification of all cartons to outbound pallet locations using RF and bar code labels.
