Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an Electrical Engineering program and returning to school after the Co-Op.
• Co-Op term of 6 months (Winter/Spring 2027, Jan–June 2027).
• Knowledge of RF parameters (gain, NF, insertion loss, return loss, harmonics, IMD, IIP2/3, VSWR, etc.).
• Experience with RF equipment (oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer, RF sources).
• Strong RF and Microwave design background.
• Experience with ADS/HFSS and Cadence Virtuoso.
• Strong communication and teamwork; willingness to share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Validate/develop RF products (LNA, RF switches, couplers, front-end modules).
• Measure RF performance across supply, temperature, and frequency.
• Create compliance matrices, plot results, and analyze data.
• Participate and present in data reviews.
• Perform lab testing using standard RF test equipment.
• Collaborate with design engineers to optimize matching circuits.
• Work with engineers and technicians across teams.
