Qualifications

• Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
• Up to date knowledge of Aerospace and Defense technologies including RADAR, ES Ops, Space/Satellite, Secure Communications.
• Experience with RF test systems and designing complex test solutions.
• Software development experience in Matlab, C#, C++, Python.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into implementable test solutions using Keysight measurement tech and components.
• Define system and acceptance criteria and tests; act as central liaison between customer and Keysight teams.
• Design test solutions for Aerospace and Defense applications including RADAR and secure communications.
• Collaborate internationally with colleagues and R&D centers; participate in cross-team projects.
