Job summary

Professional Search Group - Orange County is seeking an RF Test Technician with an active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance to support testing, calibration, troubleshooting and verification of advanced RF electronic systems in a manufacturing environment.

The candidate will perform functional testing across MHz to GHz, automate calibration with Windows software, and diagnose RF, analog, and DC circuits. Five years’ RF testing experience and an Associate degree or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or related technical discipline, or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of five years in electronics manufacturing or RF testing environment.
• Strong understanding of RF systems and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing and performance verification of RF assemblies and systems across MHz to GHz.
• Perform automated calibration and system testing using Windows-based software.
• Diagnose and repair RF, analog, and DC circuits to component level.
• Adjust and optimize amplifier circuitry to meet performance specs.
• Operate RF test instruments (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, counters).
