Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. is seeking a Team Lead for RF Integration to build and guide a high-performing engineering team for satellite payloads and RF sub-assemblies. You will manage test development and ensure rigorous performance metrics are met before launch.

Qualified candidates will have a B.S. in relevant fields and at least 5 years of experience in fast-paced product environments. Strong candidates will have experience with RF knowledge, agile management, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hardware product development.
• Experience building and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong Design-for-Test and test automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team dedicated to RF testing.
• Oversee design and implementation of hardware test racks.
• Develop Python-based automation software for testing.
