Qualifications

• Experience in architecting and deploying scalable test systems for high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to define test strategies, coverage models, and validation frameworks.
• Strong capability in failure analysis and issue triaging across RF/electrical domains.
• Hands-on with test automation and integration of hardware test systems with software frameworks.
• Experience coordinating vendor activities and leading cross-functional XF meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test engineering activities at vendor sites and ensure quality delivery.
• Own test fixture lifecycle including validation, deployment, and factory monitoring.
• Ensure reliability of test systems in production and enforce test strategies.
• Drive NPI test readiness, calibration, and ramp-to-production optimization.
• Coordinate DoE input, triage failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Act as SPOC for test-related issues and enable rapid issue resolution.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, vendors, and customers to reduce cycle time.
• Drive manufacturability improvements and test process maturity.
