Qualifications

  • US citizenship due to contract requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience or 7 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting insight on complex RF and digital circuit card assemblies.
  • Familiar with state of the art test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.
  • Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as test specifications, drawings, test plans, and operating/maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively interfaces with project leads and engineering management to resolve issues and coordinate resources.
  • Analyze and resolve work problems using collaboration across the team, including direct reports.
  • Work with other test engineers to support design for tests and new product introductions into manufacturing.
  • Provide insights to improve test yield, reduce test time, increase capacity, and eliminate false failures.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; review test plans and procedures; utilize MES and ERP systems.

The selected candidate will continually search for opportunities to enhance production processes and the product using a variety of problem-solving techniques, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and technical competency.
