Qualifications

• Eight plus years of experience integrating and testing complex RF/electronic systems.

• Familiarity with RF propagation, impedance matching, S-parameters, and gain/attenuation.
• Experience interpreting RF schematics and engineering drawings; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation, setup and maintenance of RF test racks for production acceptance testing.
• Provide integration and test support on complex RF circuit card assemblies.
• Assist deployment and execution of new test procedures, firmware, software and equipment.
• Drive root cause investigations on production failures and disposition non-conforming material.

The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. The position is based in our Melbourne, FL, office with occasional travel to Baltimore, MD.
