Job summary

Qorvo is hiring for an RF test engineer focused on design and debugging of final test solutions for semiconductor products, especially WiFi front-end modules. The role involves developing test software for production ATE and correlating results with lab bench measurements.

The candidate should have a BS in Electrical Engineering with RF focus or an MS with RF expertise, plus experience with RF devices, modulation concepts, and RF components. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with RF focus required.
• Experience with RF devices, RF test concepts (modulation, EVM, ACPR).
• Experience generating/troubleshooting hardware/software with C++/C#.
• Measurement techniques for RF parameters and familiarity with RF components.

Responsibilities

• Designs and debugs final test solutions for semiconductor products (WiFi FEMs).
• Generates/troubleshoots test software on production ATE (Cohu, NI).
• Correlates ATE results to lab bench results and supports prototype test centers.
