Job summary

3D Glass Solutions, Inc- is seeking an RF Test Engineer to join our growing test team at an advanced glass semiconductor wafer fabrication facility. You will develop and oversee testing of RF IPD and SiP modules, and drive high-volume production readiness through robust test platforms and data-driven decision making.

You will work on RF devices, coordinate NPI tests, and lead automation efforts using Python and JMP, while collaborating with customers and applications engineers to meet data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required; master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of RF testing experience.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiarity with wafer probers (manual/automated).
• Proficient in Python or similar scripting language for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee testing of RF IPD and SiP modules.
• Develop test platforms for RF devices (filters, couplers, inductors, capacitors, interposers).
• Coordinate with operations and manage wafer acceptance testing and final test.
• Automate measurements and data analysis using Python/JMP; implement high-throughput testing.
