Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in California is seeking an RF Product Development and Test Engineer to develop test software and hardware interfaces for RF receiver/transmitter/ transceiver ASICs and front-end modules.

You will implement test methodologies, automate equipment, and verify test solutions across RF measurements like EVM, ACLR, NF, IP3, and phase noise. A bachelor’s degree is required;Master’s preferred; 1+ year RF testing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred).
• 1+ year experience in test validation, test automation, RF testing (preferred).
• Experience with RF measurements (EVM, ACLR, Gain, NF, IP3, Phase Noise).
• Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, scopes).
• Experience with test platforms (Advantest-93K, Teradyne-Uflex, Cohu-PAX).
• Experience with LangChain and MCP servers.
• Understanding of RF board design (schematic/layout) and RF/microwave routing.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software to develop test solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop test software for RF ASICs and front-end modules.
• Design and debug test interface hardware for RF testing.
• Develop and implement test methodologies and automate test equipment.
• Verify and validate test solutions end-to-end.
