Job summary

Celestica is seeking an RF Test Development Engineer to design, develop and implement test solutions for production and design verification of RF assemblies. The role focuses on Celestica's RF testing infrastructure, advancing platforms to support products up to 50GHz and serving Aerospace and Defense customers.

You will establish test strategies, own hardware and software architecture for an RF testing platform, and provide technical leadership to a global team of test development engineers

Qualifications

• RF test expert setting and deploying standards for RF test development processes, tools and skills.
• Ownership of hardware and software architecture for an RF testing platform supporting up to 50GHz.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of production test solutions, including strategic planning, design and implementation.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of support engineers, locally and remotely.
• Review product design requirements and develop production test strategies.
• Coordinate site and network-wide deployment efforts.
• Complete test development solution support including hardware & software elements, system integration and installation.
