Job summary

L3Harris is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to perform integration and testing of T&RF systems for DoD programs in Bristol, PA. The role involves developing test plans, hardware/software test programs, and leading test readiness activities.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (or a graduate degree with 2+ years). Secret clearance is required, and experience with LabVIEW/MATLAB and RF test equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience; graduate degree with at least 2 years; or 8+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to obtain secret clearance.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic hardware to component level and RF or digital engineering troubleshooting.
• Experience with high-speed digital and RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and procedures based on requirements.
• Develop/test equipment solutions to support development and production testing.
• Support test technicians and engineering team in troubleshooting DUT failures.
• Lead test working groups and readiness reviews.
• Perform RCCA and FRB analyses as needed.
