Description

This RF Technician Helper will support wireless small cell and ODAS deployments within the DMV for major carriers. They will work in teams of 2-4 under Lead Technicians, responsible for mounting/testing RRH (Remote Radios Heads) and Antennas (no implementation needed at this time). Responsibilities include system mounting, alignment, and testing with OTDR, Power Meters, and Spectrum Analyzers. Tasks may involve Shell work/upgrades, 5G antennas, pre-builds in warehouses, and trial periods. There will be customer interactions, so professionalism is required. Candidates may also support Rooftop builds.

Top Skills Details

• 1+ years of experience in telecommunications construction (ISP/OSP preferred)
• Solid knowledge of hand tools and mechanical aptitude (telecommunications preferred)

Pay And Benefits

The pay range is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment duration. Benefits may include:
