Job summary

Elveo in the Washington, DC area seeks a RF Systems Technical Project Manager to oversee technology development projects for satellites and wireless payloads. You will guide cradle-to-grave efforts, aligning with Elveo's Technology Roadmap and driving initiatives across multi-functional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of wireless communications, RF system design, high-speed digital design, and integration of COTS components, with an entrepreneurial approach to execution and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field; Master preferred.
• 10+ years in industry with 3+ years in Technical Project Management.
• Experience with RF system development, including beamformers and tests.

Responsibilities

• Manage RF systems projects from concept through product realization.
• Coordinate budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define tasks, durations, and resource loading for project plans.
• Own costs, schedules, technical performance, and risks.
